Atta is otherwise called Chakki Atta. Atta is one of the good sources for carbohydrates, phosphorus, calcium, iron, protein, and fiber.  By grinding wheat we get Atta which is one of the best alternate food for rice. Atta is largely consumed by North Indians as daily dietary in the form of Chappathis, Parottas etc.The doughs made from Udhaiyam whole wheat flours are strong and can be rolled out thin due to its high water absorption property leaving rotis soft and tasty for hours.
